Shipping Info
Processing Time
When you place your order you will immediately receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will then process and ship your order within three business days. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email from our website that contains your tracking number.
Canadian Orders
For all orders within Canada, we offer:
- Flat rate $20 shipping for all orders under $100 CAD.
- Free shipping for all orders $100 CAD and up.
We use Canada Post to ship all packages. Every order gets a tracking code which will be delivered to you by email. Usually the packages will arrive within one week of dispatch, anywhere within Canada.
International Delivery
Outside of Canada we charge a $50 flat rate for shipping for any package. We are not responsible for any additional costs that the customs agency of your local country may charge for you to receive your product.
